our interactions were primarily related to corporate networks without the opportunity of working directly with each other. However, during the 50 Year celebration of the Foreign Chamber in Bangladesh (FICCI), I had the pleasure of working with him on a project. This was when I saw Taslim in action – responsible for delivering one of our key projects under a very tight timeline. Since FICCI involves various stakeholders, I saw that Taslim excelled in his ability to influence and work across boundaries. He emerged as a natural leader in the delivery of the project and was able to strike the balance between all connected parties to make sure that all went well. His ability to visualize the big picture, eye for details, extensive knowledge of the video production process, negotiation skills and above all, his management skills were crucial in delivering the project. I personally learnt a lot from him in an area where I had limited previous exposure. I eagerly look forward to working with him again at any future opportunity.

I have had the greatest and most successful of time and task accomplishment working with him especially in the areas of Brand Marketing and Event Management. He had been so much of fun to work with. He is a go-getter. Everyone at Channel I enjoys his company as a person too while he has a true character to motivate and influence people. He is a team player in true and real sense. I take the pride to mention that Taslim has played the pioneer and most vital role in organizing and executing the only Youth Leadership Program organized by any television channel in Bangladesh, namely The Young Leaders Program (YLP). He has very successfully played the dual role in this program both as the Chief Coordinator and Associate Judge. Taslim is a wonderful company to keep and a great friend of mine.

I was a council member and Chairman of Media and Branding Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) during 2016-2017 and in 2018 when I was the President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB). Mr. Taslim Ahmed was leading the “ICAB Branding Project” as a full time consultant since the end of 2016. Mr. Taslim did an outstanding job in discharging his role as lead resource for the project. His main responsibilities among others were followings:

• Preparation of strategy paper for branding Chartered Accountancy in Bangladesh;
• Lead the ICAB team to attain repositioning of ICAB brand;
• Advise on appropriate media exposure to achieve the repositioning of ICAB brand;
• Train to support and develop a brand and communication team for ICAB;
• Advise on any other issues related to media and branding

I can confirm that Mr. Taslim successfully accomplished his responsibilities to reposition ICAB brand and contributed significantly in all areas of media, branding and communication of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB).

I had another opportunity to work with Mr. Taslim in a year-long TV program “Young Leaders program 2018 Bangladesh” aiming to build a golden future for young students and professionals of Bangladesh, Mr. Taslim was the chief Initiator of the program and a jury member. The program was hugely successful due to outstanding leadership and organising capability of Mr. Taslim.

First time when i met him in a program, i envy him due to his excellent communication skill. The way he present something is exceptionally different. After that many times, i met him due to professional reasons. What i observed in him is exceptional leadership quality. He can lead his team precisely to its desired target without making any exception. I have noticed that he has satisfactory capacity of influencing his teammates, negotiating with confidence, analyzing things under different lights. He can visualize abstract things that has made him different from other corporate leaders i ever met.

He is a judge and chief coordinator of YLP (Young Leaders Program), a youth leadership development television show of Channel i and last 2 years I was the mentor of the program. I worked with Mr. Taslim Ahmed very closely and I was quite impressed by his attitude, communication, and leadership skills. He is an excellent leader and very confident in his abilities. When faced with challenges, he confronts them head on and seems to enjoy the process of overcoming difficulties. In addition to his confidence and eagerness to lead Mr. Taslim Ahmed also made a good impression on me due to his pleasant personality.
